When should I RSVP by?

Sorry, we will not be able to accommodate any extra guests.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Attire is semi-formal: Put some effort in but it is not a black tie affair. Heels are not recommended as the ground is uneven in the area. Shorts and flip flops are not preferred but it is a free country. Cowboy hats, boots, and blue jeans are welcome.

Will the ceremony be outdoors?

Answer

The entire event will take place outdoors: ceremony, reception and all. Layers are a good idea, as it will be hot at first and cool down as the night goes on. Weather highs/lows can be anywhere from 100 to 50 degrees.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive at least 30 minutes early to ensure you find a parking spot and to meet new people! Up to an hour early is fine.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Food will not contain nuts but will most likely contain meat and gluten. If you are vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, etc please feel free to bring food if you are worried there will be nothing to suit your diet.

Will I need a rental car?

Most likely, there will be no transportation provided. Get one and enjoy your time in Colorado!
