The RSVP window has officially closed! If you did not submit a RSVP by October 5th, we are unfortunately unable to include you on the guest list due to venue timelines. We are so excited for November 14th and cannot wait to celebrate with you all!
Our dress code is black-tie optional. Guests are welcome to wear a tuxedo or floor-length gown, but may also choose a suit with a tie or an elegant cocktail or midi-length dress. Per the venue’s dress code, jeans, denim, tennis shoes, and hats are not permitted. We kindly ask that guests avoid mini dresses, as well as white, ivory, or cream attire. Thank you for dressing up and helping us make our celebration feel extra special.
The Union Club offers complimentary valet parking for wedding guests. From Euclid Avenue, turn onto East 12th Street and pull into the parking garage attached to the venue. Valet service closes at 11:30 p.m., and vehicles cannot be left overnight. Guests staying at the Crowne Plaza may use the hotel’s valet service for $55, which includes overnight parking. Additional self-pay parking lots and garages are also available near the hotel.
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 p.m. We kindly ask that guests arrive no later than 4:45 p.m. Please allow additional time for valet service and the walk from the parking garage to the ceremony space. Guests who arrive after the ceremony has begun will be asked to wait until it has concluded before entering.
With RSVPs now closed, we are only able to accommodate guests listed on the invitation who have confirmed their attendance, including any reserved plus-ones. We are so excited to celebrate with you!
While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. Please arrange childcare in advance so you can relax and enjoy the evening with us. Thank you for understanding!
