FAQs

The Wedding Website of Sarah Graham and Andres Doussinague
Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love the kiddos and they are certainly welcome to join you in Miami for the weekend and any events outside of the wedding. The wedding ceremony & reception will be 18+ events so we can all party the night away! No children will be permitted at the wedding ceremony or reception. Let us know if you need help coordinating a babysitter.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is formal. We are in Miami so we encourage you to have fun with your outfits and come dressed to impress! Any color palettes or patterns are welcome (except for white *wink*). For men, suit jackets are required. For women, maxi/floor length dresses preferred. Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

We recommend staying in our wedding block at the Mayfair Hotel to take advantage of our discounted rate. A booking link can be found on our TRAVEL page. There is also a Courtyard Marriot nearby if the hotel room block fills up.

Question

What nights should I book for the hotel?

Answer

We recommend staying with us at least Thursday and Friday night to take part in all the wedding festivities! Andres & Sarah will be staying at the Mayfair Hotel Thursday-Saturday night. If you have any trouble booking you can call the hotel directly or email our room booking coordinator at caridad.jones@mayfairhousemiami.com

Question

Will dinner service accommodate food allergies?

Answer

YES! Please let us know any food allergies or dietary restrictions at least 30 days prior to the wedding so we can make sure to accommodate your meal.

Question

Is parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes. Valet Parking is available at the Mayfair Hotel for $25 during the day and $42 overnight. There is also plenty of metered street & garage parking in the area. We recommend using a rideshare if you aren't staying the night with us so you can enjoy yourself!

Question

Will the wedding be indoor or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be indoors at the hotel so you don't have to worry about Miami's moody weather! The weather in Miami this time of year is usually mid- 70s and sunny but it can get cold at night so we recommend bringing some layers if you are staying for the weekend.
