Schedule

The Wedding Website of Mayu Kawata and Douglas Langford
Here's what to expect during our wedding week. There will be a LOT of us on the island so we're sure there will be some beach hang outs, farm visits, BBQ's and whatever else to spend quality time with everybody!

Meet & Greet by the Beach

5:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Fort DeRussy, US Army Museum
2131 Kalia Road, Honolulu, HI 96815

A lot of guests are staying in Waikiki, which is also where we live, so we are having a short & sweet hug sesh around 5pm just because we want to be able to see a lot of you before the wedding but probably won't have time to run around to meet everybody. No food or anything, if you're hungry feel free to bring something to munch on or you can eat right after at any of the Waikiki eateries. We'll also review Friday's schedule with those of you who are helping out with the set up at this time.

Ceremony & Reception

3:30 pm - 9:00 pm

The ceremony starts right at 3:30 pm, so please plan on arriving between 3 and 3:15. There is ample parking. The attire is whatever makes you look awesome. We'll be wearing white, red, gold and gray, with tropical flowers & foliage as decor. You will have to walk on grass, so stilettoes may not be the best option for footwear. The ceremony is on a hula mound outdoors, and photos to follow. The reception is at the same place inside the ballroom, and we will start around 5 pm. Food, music, dancing, laughter and tears to follow!
