What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5 p.m. Please arrive by 4:45 at the latest. Buses will depart from the Hotel on Phillips to the Atrium at 3:45 p.m. and 4:25 p.m. Please be ready in the lobby 10-15 minutes prior to departure if you’d like to ride on the bus to the wedding. Note: each bus seats 50 passengers Guests riding on the earlier bus will be able to enjoy a social hour at the Atrium prior to the ceremony.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes there is free parking at the Atrium. We also offer bus rides to and from the venue from the Hotel on Phillips. See the list of FAQs for the bus schedule.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, we’ll have two buses for guests going back and forth between the Atrium and the Hotel on Phillips. Please note there is limited capacity on the buses. Each bus seats 50.

Are masks required at the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Masks are not required in the state of South Dakota. We will have some for guests at the Atrium if you wish to wear one.

What is the bus schedule to and from the wedding ceremony and reception?

Answer

The buses will depart from the Hotel on Phillips at 3:45 p.m. and 4:25 p.m. to bring guests to the Atrium. Please be in the lobby 10-15 minutes prior to departure if you plan to ride on the bus. The buses seat 50 passengers each so please plan accordingly. The first bus will depart from the Atrium at 10:00 p.m. The last bus will depart from the Atrium at 11:00 p.m. Both of these buses will bring guests back to the Hotel on Phillips. Please note that no alcohol is allowed on the buses. No outside alcohol is allowed at the Atrium.
