Dress Code: Formal/Black Tie Optional To help bring our blackout wedding vision to life, we request our guests to wear all‑black attire.
Parents, consider this your night off! Although we love your little ones, we kindly ask that our wedding be an adults-only celebration.
The ceremony and reception will be indoors. We’ll also have an outdoor area available for anyone who wants to step outside to mingle or get some fresh air during the reception celebration.
Transportation will be provided from the hotels to the ceremony venue, and return transportation to the hotels will be available following the conclusion of the reception. Additionally, transportation will be available from the ceremony venue to the reception location.
Of course! If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please let us know when you RSVP. Our venue is happy to provide vegan, gluten free, and dairy free options.
Yes! Parking will be available at both the ceremony and reception venues. Please note that spaces are limited, so we encourage guests to take advantage of the complimentary bus transportation provided from each hotel.
The ceremony is .4 miles (3 blocks) from the reception venue.
Please visit the RSVP page to let us know if you’ll be joining us. Kindly submit your response by August 10, 2026 so we can plan with you in mind!
Yes! The bar will open after the ceremony and remain open until 30 minutes prior to the end of the event.
While Uber and Lyft may be available in the area, they can be limited—especially later in the evening. We recommend planning ahead for transportation so you’re not left waiting. For your convenience, we will also be providing shuttle transportation to and from the hotel.
We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the event. We have professional photographers to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy!
If you need to make any updates to your RSVP, please reach out to Douglas Botto or Samantha Carroll at your earliest convenience. We’ll be happy to update your response for you.
