Please RSVP as soon as you can, but we would love to know your attendance no later than July 31st, 2024.

When should I book my hotels and travel accommodations?

Answer

***The BOOKING WINDOW WILL CLOSE for the room blocks on JULY 21ST 2024*** Please book your hotel room(s) as soon as possible so that we can add rooms to the block if necessary. After this date, the discounted room rates will expire and we cannot guarantee you a room at our recommended hotels. If you are trying to book a room before the cut-off date and no rooms appear available, contact us so that we may add rooms to the block.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a room block at The Hyatt in Legacy Village. We highly recommend booking at our room block for: Convenience of location to the venue, complimentary shuttle service to the venue, accessibility of local activities, and is the same location as the Sunday brunch send-off for out -of-town guests If you go to book and see no rooms left in the room block, please contact us ASAP so we can add rooms to the block for you.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive at StoneWater Country Club promptly at 5:30 PM

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Free, overnight parking is available at the venue. If you spend too much time at the bar, feel free to rideshare home or to your hotel and retrieve your vehicle the following morning.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the venue?

Answer

Complimentary shuttle service is available to guests staying at the Hyatt in Legacy and will depart for the venue promptly at 4:30 PM.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

While we understand that celebrating special moments with loved ones is important, our invitation is designed for the named recipients only. If one of the recipients is named "Guest" you are entitled - but not required - to bring a date. Please check your invitation for the details regarding bringing a date. If you have any specific questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to us directly. We want everyone to have a memorable time at our wedding, and we appreciate your understanding.

Are kids welcome?

If your children are named on your invitation, you are welcome to bring them. Should you choose not to bring your children, please let us know when you RSVP.
