Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes! We are registered on Zola, Amazon, Crate & Barrel, & Target. Please click the "Registry" tab to find links to all of our registries.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

No dress code, although we do ask guests to wear pants (not shorts), dress shirts, and NO white. Thanks!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Guests who received an invitation addressed with "and guest" included are permitted to bring a date. We ask all other guests to refrain. Thanks!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, kids are welcome on our special day. We ask parents to be mindful of their children!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty of parking available at both the church (ceremony) and the venue (reception).

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Unfortunately, we are feeding a large amount of guests and are not able to make special requests for our guests with food allergies. We apologize for the inconvenience!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Guests are encouraged BUT not required to RSVP by April 1, 2026.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We recommend Kaspar Bed & Breakfast, Moulton Inn & Suites, and searching for Air BnB or VRBO's available in Shiner. Lodging is limited! Please book in advance.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Unfortunately, there is not transportation available in Shiner. Guests will need to bring their own vehicle or car pool with others. DO NOT DRINK AND DRIVE! Please have a safe ride home.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Guests please arrive to the church at least 10-15 minutes early to find a seat. Doors will close at the beginning of the ceremony and not open until after the entrances.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

Catholic weddings that take place in the church discourage the use of cell phones. We ask our guests to be present with us while we share this sacrament with you. We are honored to have you there!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! The drinks are on us- but the hangover is on you! Get ready to party! For this reason we ask you to drink responsibly and plan for a safe ride home.
