Douglas and Ashley met in middle school. They would talk every now and then during school, but lost contact after Douglas moved schools. Soon after that, in Douglas’s senior year and Ashley’s junior year these two reconnected one night and the friendship blossomed. Moving in together as roommates and suddenly grew closer.
