Question

Answer

We will be married indoors onboard the cruise ship. The ceremony and reception will be in the Manhattan room.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire, please no jeans. Please avoid blue and white as these are our wedding colors.

Question

How do I get to the cruise port and where do I park?

Answer

Our cruise ship will be at Cruise Terminal 5 - 9245 Charles M Rowland Drive, Port Canaveral, Florida 32920. Guests driving can find parking and directions on the Port Canaveral official site here: https://www.portcanaveral.com/cruise/directions-parking

Question

What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

Please arrive at the port by 9:30am to find parking and make it to the boarding area on time, even if you are not sailing.

Question

What happens if I am running late to the venue?

Answer

Boarding times are strict, and unfortunately, late arrivals will not be able to join. Please allow extra time for traffic and parking.

Question

If I’m not cruising, how do I get on the ship for the wedding?

Answer

You’ll need a visitor pass. To obtain a visitor pass you’ll need to let us know which ID you’ll use to board the ship (driver’s license, passport, or birth certificate) along with the document number so we can submit it to our wedding coordinator. Be sure to bring that same ID on the wedding day, or boarding may be denied.

Question

If I want to sail what do I need to do?

Answer

Please contact our coordinator, Stephanie Nitti, at 877-416-9722 ext. 44173 to make a $100 deposit to secure your room for the cruise. Final payment is due by 07/20/2026.

Question

Will I need a passport for the cruise?

Answer

Yes! If you are sailing with us we recommend bringing your passport!

Question

How long should my passport be valid for?

Answer

For those without a passport, please ensure you have your passport no later than 05/01/2026 (must be valid at least 6 months prior to sailing). For those with a passport, please ensure it does not expire prior to 06/01/2027 (must not expire for 6 months after sailing).

Question

Are kids welcome to attend the wedding?

Answer

We absolutely adore your little ones, but our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We hope you understand, and we’d love to celebrate with you!

Question

Are kids able to attend the cruise, even though the wedding is adults-only?

Answer

Yes. If you have a friend or family member who can watch your child during the wedding and would like to join the cruise, they’re welcome to book their cruise through Norwegian Cruise Line and board at the standard time given. They can care for your child during the wedding, and afterward, you’ll be able to reunite and enjoy the rest of the cruise together.

Question

Can I bring someone to the wedding who isn’t listed on my invitation?

Answer

We wish we could accommodate everyone, but unfortunately we can’t. Due to ship capacity, only the names on the invitations are on our guest list. Security will check IDs at boarding, and anyone not listed (including kids) won’t be allowed to board.

Answer

Yes, we will have hors d’oeuvres served during the reception. There will not be a plated meal served.
