We recommend that guests arrive 15 mins early or so before the official ceremony start time

Yes, there is on site parking for the ceremony and reception.

Answer

Our evening ceremony will be outdoors in the garden, while cocktail hour and the reception will take place indoors.

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?

Answer

We have reserved a room block at The Homewood suites by Hilton located in Southington, CT. Please mention that you will be booking a room for the "Main Gumlaw wedding" to receive our reduced rate.
