Things to do

Here are some things you'll want to consider while visiting Kennebunkport.
Shopping in Dock Square

Shopping in Dock Square

Dock Square, Kennebunkport, ME 04046

Cute shops, restaurants, bars, and great views right on the water, just under 2 miles from the Inn. Use the Inn's bikes, go for a healthy walk there and back, or drive and park where you can. You're certain to get a nice taste of Maine while there.

Boulangerie - A Proper Bakery

Boulangerie - A Proper Bakery

5 Nasons Court, Kennebunk, ME 04043

Our favorite bakery and cafe (also a wine shop!). Sourdough Bread, blueberry scones, almond croissants, cinnamon rolls, hand pies. Simply the best. Coffee, tea, and chai as well. Owner Michelle is amazing, and her husband is a Sommellier, who sources and sells the wine. There are a handful of outdoor tables and a lovely town center in Kennebunk to browse nearby.

Mabel's Lobster Claw

Mabel's Lobster Claw

124 Ocean Avenue, Kennebunkport, ME 04046

Best lobster rolls. Also the best fries:)

The Wright Gallery

The Wright Gallery

5 Pier Road, Kennebunkport, ME 04046

Lovely small art gallery near our house (walking distance) in Cape Porpoise. Mostly local artists or artists with a connection to the area. Allison is the owner/manager.

Goose Rocks Beach

Goose Rocks Beach

Kennebunkport, ME 04046

Just a short drive from the inn is one of Maine's best and longest beaches. It does require a permit for parking, so please let us know if you're planning to go. We will have some for you!

For all the days along the way
