"Closed. We look forward to sharing our marriage with you all."
Yes, please include in RSVP.
Absolutely, regardless of the weather!
Parking will be clearly designated with signage in the hay field on the property. Overnight camping is available in the open field near the pond area. Please note that there are no camper hookups or water provided. If you would like to bring your camper over the weekend before the wedding, that option is available. To arrange this, please text Doug at 780-934-9359. If you are setting up on the day of the event, please try to have everything set up before 1 PM.
The ceremony will be held outdoors on the property, followed by a reception in a tent also located on-site. In case of rain, the reception will be moved to the tent. The tent is positioned in a hayfield, and the ground inside consists of rough-cut grass. A dance floor will be provided. Please choose appropriate footwear, as the ground is uneven; flats are recommended.
6 oz sirloin steak, boneless skinless chicken thighs, broccoli salad, potato salad, Caesar salad, Macaroni Salad, garlic bread, and squares followed by wedding cake. Late lunch at 11 PM: serving beef taco in a bag.
We will have a toonie bar. Please bring cash, as all ATMs are out of order here! The bar will be open from 2 PM to 1 AM.
Guests are invited to enjoy a designated campfire later in the evening; however, no other campfires are permitted on the property. Please bring a camping chair if you would like to use the fire area.
If you have any yard games, feel free to bring them. We have some, but you're welcome to add more.
