Will there be any COVID restrictions?

Answer

We want to be able to celebrate with all of you in a very normal way, so to accomplish this safely we ask that you please confirm that you are vaccinated, or provide a negative COVID test 24-48 hours before the ceremony if you are not.

Of course they are! We can't wait to dance with your kiddos and there will be mini cupcakes perfect for their little hands!

When should I book a hotel room by?

Answer

Our discounted room rates were only available through 09/22, but we hope you'll still consider staying at the Crossroads Hotel! You can book any time between now and the wedding night.

Is there parking at the hotel?

Answer

If you are staying at the Crossroads Hotel over the weekend, parking is $10 per night or $25 for valet. If you're only visiting for the rehearsal dinner and/or for welcome drinks, parking is free unless you want to take advantage of valet parking for $12. There is also street parking available around the building for those dedicated enough and willing to parallel park!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive by 12:45 p.m. so you have plenty of time to park and find a seat.

Is there parking at the ceremony?

There is a large parking lot across the street from Visitation Parish to the North of the building. Don't worry, it's hard to miss!

What should I do between the ceremony and the reception?

Answer

We've included a few of our favorite places in the "A Little KC" section that are all close to both our church and our reception in the hopes that you will have a few fun things to check out between events. Stop and grab a drink at the best Irish bar in town, or get something sweet at our favorite bakery. Support local and pick up something to show off your newfound love of KC at our favorite shops. Or, if you're feeling extra touristy, make a pitstop at the best view in town (and you might even run into the bridal party for a picture)!

Is there parking at the reception?

Answer

There is limited street parking just outside The Everly on W 19th Terrace, as well as a large open lot at the end of the block located on the Southwest corner of Central Street.
