Please make your reservation by September 5th!* While there are many places to stay in Flagstaff, we have blocked a set of rooms at the High Country Motor Lodge for a discounted rate. Please use the link to book or you can call the reservations desk (866-928-4265) & state "Lizzie Tague & Doug Garner Wedding Room Block" to book! Please let Lizzie or Doug know if you have any issues or questions when booking to ensure you are getting the discount of the room block! This is also where Doug & Lizzie will be staying for the weekend and it has many amenities we thought our guests would enjoy. The location is great to get around town and to the venue - including a shuttle between the hotel and the venue for the wedding. There is an on-site pool, sauna, cocktail lounge, coffee shop and other amenities we felt would be great for our guests! Shuttle
October 3, 2025 3:45 pm - 10:30 pm
There will be shuttles running from the hotel to the venue between 3pm-4pm and then shuttles returning to the hotel from the venue starting at 9:30pm-10:30pm to ensure everyone can have a great time and be safe. We will provide more details closer to and on the day of the wedding! If you are not staying at the High Country Motor Lodge please ensure to you have a safe ride home for the evening!
Flight
For those of you flying in from out of state - thank you! A few recommendations regarding flights & travel. Flights into Phoenix Sky Harbor will likely be the best price and availability. This does however mean you still have about a 2.5 hour drive to Flagstaff - there are shuttles you can take but rental cars are advised as there is much to explore along the way! There is an airport (and rental cars) in Flagstaff, however the flights are much more limited in availability and are definitely more expensive - but the flight is about 45-mins from PHX to FLG, and flying out is a breeze since it is a much smaller airport. There is only 1 airline - American Airlines that flies in and out of FLG, in case you do choose to fly into Flagstaff Pulliam Airport. No matter where you are coming from, safe travels!
