Will there be a shuttle from the hotel (Best Western) to the reception and back?

Answer

Yes! The bus will pick you up from the hotel at 4:45pm to bring you to West Creek Event Center. There will be multiple pick-up times from West Creek Event Center back to the hotel. 8:30, 9:30, 10:30 and 11:30pm
