Hop on board! A shuttle will whisk guests from the Homewood Suites by Hilton to the venue at 4:15 PM. Staying somewhere else? Let us know so we can coordinate transportation! Parking at the venue is limited, and since Uber and Lyft can be hit‑or‑miss, we strongly encourage guests to leave the driving to us and enjoy a safe, stress-free night. A return shuttle will depart the venue at 10:00 PM.
Flight
If you’re looking for the quickest route to wedding mode, flying into Yampa Valley Regional Airport (HDN) is your best bet. It’s just 25–30 minutes from Steamboat Springs, meaning less travel time and more time to relax, explore, and celebrate. Summer brings seasonal nonstop flights from select cities, plus easy connections through Denver. A few things to note: flights into Hayden can be a bit pricier, and transportation options are more limited—so it’s a great idea to plan your ride to the hotel ahead of time (rental car or shuttle). Flight
Prefer more flight choices (and often better prices)? Denver International Airport (DIA) has you covered. From there, Steamboat Springs is about a 3.5–4 hour drive, and summer delivers gorgeous mountain views the whole way. Many guests rent a car or carpool—and turn the trip into part of the adventure. It’s a longer journey, but the scenery is stunning and it’s a classic Colorado road‑trip experience.
