Hasta La Muerte • Till Death

Sara walked in to her neighborhood bar after some Christmas shopping and saw Tom from across the room. He caught her eye right away. As Tom was contemplating leaving she offered to buy him a drink. They talked, laughed, and exchanged numbers. When it was time to leave Tom offered to drive Sara home because it was cold. She accepted and they planned a real date. On their first date TJ took Sara to Milwaukee Steakhouse where they talked, ate, and got to know each other. They were very attracted to each other but Sara thought he was too nice. That Sunday Sara’s dog Pup Pup, ran away. She and her kids had been searching and had no idea what to do next… so she called the really nice guy Tom to help her look… Luckily, TJ lived right down the street from her apartment and was over in minutes in the blue cop car. He helped search and a nice neighbor brought Pup back after his adventure. To thank Tom for helping her Sara invited him over that week for a home cooked meal. From there they talked about family, values, and food. He saw through Sara’s exterior and saw that she cares deeply for what is close to her…and she that likes to cook. They continued seeing each other for dinner a few nights a week and they fell in love knowing they were starting the rest of their lives together.

Loving a dog is a special kind of love. A great love for Sara is her dog, Pup. She also always wanted to help a female dog from unethical breeding. Sara opened her Instagram one day to a rescue page- and immediately went to the MADACC website. And she saw Dolly! She had been found on a Milwaukee street with no tags, collar, ID. She had recently had a C-section. Dolly is the newest addition to our family (about 1yr old), and TJ has turned into a softy with his baby girl. She healed very well and is a little fairy of energy, and loves her Dad.
