Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we are only able to accommodate children of close family, who are named on the invitation. Thank you for your understanding. Enjoy a night off, you deserve it.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Can I take pictures?

Answer

If you do choose to take photos during the ceremony, we ask that you are respectful of the other guests around you and the photographer. If you choose to not take photos and just be present on our special day, we have a wonderful photographer and we would love to share those images with you as well! We encourage you to take lots of photos and videos during the reception! We do request that any memories you have of our special day get shared with the bride and groom! We can't wait to see all your pictures!

Question

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is parking at our venue! We do ask that if possible you carpool from your hotel when possible to ensure there is enough parking for everyone! This also helps to ensure everyone gets home safely after a fun night!

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! We will be providing a variety of beers, wines, and signature cocktails for our guests! Even though the bar is open, we want to remind our guests that if you loved our bartenders and are feeling generous, tips are always appreciated! As always please drink responsibly and remember 1 drink at sea level = 2 drinks in the mountains.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony starts at 4pm. Please arrive around 3:45pm to give yourself enough time to find a spot and get comfortable.
