Wedding Party Ceremony Arrivals
9:00 am - 10:00 am

Bring your tuxedo to the church. Wedding party should arrive at least 2 hours prior to ceremony. Wedding party should bring attire to the Chapel. There is a bride's dressing room and a groom's dressing room for male attendants.
The photographer will be on hand 2 hours prior to the ceremony for photos.
Marriage Ceremony
12:00 pm - 12:30 pm

The wedding ceremony is cocktail attire. Guests may arrive up to 30 minutes prior to 12 Noon.
Our photographer will take a photo of each guest/couple as you arrive for your own keepsake. Our wedding is unplugged. Please turn off cell phones. We will make photos and videos available to each guest.
Wedding Party/Family Photo Shoot
12:30 pm - 1:30 pm

This event is cocktail attire. The grass can be soft so rethink stilettos!
Because of the short time frame, we will not have a receiving line at the Chapel. We are allotted 60 minutes so we must be prompt. Families, please stay close for when the photographer is ready for you. Photographer will shoot inside the Chapel and outside, on the balcony deck and on the lawn. There is an abundance of beautiful floral & green scenery!
Reception

This event is cocktail attire.
Please celebrate with us for our reception immediately following the ceremony. This event is a small and intimate affair with limited space. Cocktails and plenty of hors d'oeuvres and yes, desserts galore! Parking: Ample parking is next to the Graystone Clubhouse at Knight Orthodontics, 3210 Westport Green Pl, Louisville, KY 40241. There's a short path to the Clubhouse. Also, at my condo, in front and beside the clubhouse. Parking is not allowed along the streets. There is an online parking schematic at the bottom of the photos page on this site.
