Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Kansas City Overland Park

This is where Lauren and Tanner will be staying. It is about 30 minutes from the venue but it is the closest hotel and in the middle of Overland Park with a lot of activities. We have hotel rooms blocked here for Friday the 3rd and Saturday the 4th. The discount link is the "view" button below. Use the link or call and mention our names to get the discount. These rooms must be booked by Friday August 13th in order to get the discount and to guarantee rooms will be available.

Shuttle

Shuttle from the venue to the Fairfield Inn and Suites

September 4, 2021 9:30 pm - 10:30 pm

A shuttle will run from the venue to the hotel previously listed at 10:30pm. Cars ARE allowed to stay at the venue overnight but they MUST be left in the lower lot and they HAVE to be picked up by noon on September 5th. Uber/Lyft are very hard and expensive to get out at the venue since they are all coming from Kansas City. For those who may need a ride but do not want to stay at the hotel, the shuttle is recommended to take to the hotel and then getting an uber/lyft from the hotel to your final destination should be easy/cheap to do.
