What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 5:00 PM. Please arrive about 15-20 minutes early to save plenty of time to find the venue, parking, and take your seats!

What is the dress attire?

Answer

The dress attire for our guest is Sunday best. Men, you can wear jeans! Ladies, please no white dresses. Wedding party will be wearing sage green and navy.

Can my kids come?

Answer

Yes, kids are welcome! Please do not leave them unattended. At our venue, children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

Due to limited capacity we will only be able to accommodate those specifically listed on your invitation. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out!

Where do we park?

Answer

There will be designated parking right at the entrance of the venue to the right. Over-flow parking will be straight towards the back behind the Grooms Cabin.

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both be indoors with air conditioning! There will be an outdoor area with a few tables during the cocktail hour and reception that you are more than welcome to hangout at!

Are the ceremony and reception at the same place?

Answer

Yes! They will both be held on the same property. The ceremony will be held in the Chapel behind the reception building, so it will be a short walk!

If I'm coming from out of town, where should I stay?

Answer

The closest hotels nearby are the Springhill Suites Weatherford Willow Park, which is a 7 minute drive from our venue. Baymont by Wyndham is also a close option, being only 5 minutes away! There are also lots of other hotels closer to the Fort Worth area, which range between 15-20 minutes away.

Can we take pictures?

Answer

We will be having an unplugged ceremony, so please no phones! If you would like to take pictures during the reception, feel free! Just don't be on it the whole time, enjoy the wedding!

What happens if I arrive late?

Answer

Please do not interrupt the ceremony by walking late and finding a seat. You can either wait inside the reception building or wait in your car.

Venue Smoking & Alcohol Policy

Answer

Smoking and vaping is permitted outdoors in the designated spaces only. All alcohol must be served by Stillwater Meadow bartenders. Outside or BYOB set-ups are not allowed.
