For those who are in town Thursday evening, we’ll be grabbing a casual dinner at the food trucks in downtown Traverse City! Anyone is welcome :)

Welcome Party

7:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Dressy Casual Attire: For ladies, think a midi or maxi length sundress, or nice jeans with a blouse, and an extra layer for warmth! For men: a button-down shirt or crewneck sweater with dress pants or dark jeans.

We can't wait to welcome you to Traverse City on Friday evening to kick off the weekend celebrations! Drinks and light bites will be provided: - Sweet potato gnocchi with basil pesto - Feta stuffed bacon wrapped dates - Chicken meatballs & marinated mushroom skewer - Caprese sandwich - Fried chicken Po Boy - Pasta salad Transportation will be provided for those staying at the hotel blocks both to and from the event. The shuttle will pick up guests from the Fairfield Inn, departing at 6:30 and 7:30pm, departing Old Mission Distilling back to hotel at 9:30 and 10:30pm.

Ceremony

4:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Cocktail Attire: cocktail dresses for ladies and dark-colored suits for men

The wedding ceremony will take place on the lawn. Cocktail hour will follow the ceremony- please enjoy drinks, appetizers, and lawn games! Transportation from the Fairfield Inn to the venue will depart at 2:15pm and 3:15pm, then depart the venue back to the hotels at 9:15pm, 10:15pm, and 11:30pm.
