FAQs

Question

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We do love kids but this will be an 18+ event! (Unless infant, then of course!)

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We unfortunately have a strict guest list to help us stay in our venue capacity. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation!

Question

Am I required to bring a mask or be vaccinated?

Answer

No. It is your own personal preference, though the bride and groom and their families will not be!

Question

What about food allergies?

Answer

The very beautiful bride has selected a gluten free option, and there will be dairy free options thanks to the groom as well! (Please feel free to ask serving staff for help in selecting these options!)

Question

Ceremony is over, now what?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby. Guests can walk straight to the patio just behind the gazebo, where we will be serving assortment of appetizers and beverages.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

No! There is no dress code, however we would suggest that you wear more of a semi formal dress and cocktail attire. Also the ceremony will be outside so plan accordingly to weather as well!

Question

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

We are pleased to let you know that the reception will be taking place less than 300 feet away from your seats at the ceremony are! Hopefully that walk won’t be too bad!

Question

Can I park my car overnight?

Answer

Yes, our venue allows overnight parking! So no excuse for a DUI!

Question

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

There will be a cash bar so if you want to drink please plan accordingly! (Cash, designated driver, and breath mints!)

Question

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

For our non Arizonian guests weather in April can fluctuate however we typically are seeing about high 70’s to mid 80’s with very low humidity. However Arizona can be fickle so I would say check weather before leaving!

Question

I still have questions, where can I reach you?

Answer

We understand that many of you may have more questions and though you may have one of our numbers, we do kindly ask that to keep the stress off everyone involved that you please email those questions to tavion.dorothy@gmail.com
