We’re getting married!

It all started at TD Bank, where Dorothy was a teller and Josh was a customer. Josh likes to say that Dorothy saw his “huge bank account” and just had to have him ... but the truth was they both flirted harmlessly with eachother until one day Josh finally asked her out on a date. He picked her up after work one day, and they went to a bar called 3rd & 7 to eat. They drove around for hours after dinner, enjoying eachother’s company and getting to know eachother. They knew from the beginning there was something special between them. Cupid had truly struck! It wasn’t long before they met eachother’s families, started traveling together, and moved into their first apartment together. They even started a little family when they brought home Lola, their pet bunny. Fast forward about 7 and a half years. They invited both of their families over to celebrate the holidays. Everyone was sitting in the living room together exchaging gifts. Josh gave Dorothy her gift, a huge box, wrapped and duct taped all around. Inside that box was another box, and inside that another box, and so on until finally she got to what was inside. It was a card that Josh wrote her, asking her to answer a very important question. When she looked up from reading the card, there Josh was, on one knee, holding a ring, and he asked her to spend the rest of her life with him. With tears of joy, surrounded by both of their families, she said yes to the easiest question she had ever been asked. We can’t wait to say “I do” surrounded by all our family and friends on 9/9/22!!
