We're happy to have little ones join us at the informal gathering at Molly's mom + stepdad's house on Friday 9.3, but our wedding on 9.4 is only for adults (for both the ceremony and the reception). If anyone is interested in having some childcare/babysitter options while in Flagstaff, let Molly know and she can help find some options.
The only folks invited are listed on the physical save the dates + invites and RSVP lookup on our website. We're keeping the invite list small and only including friends and family members who we're closest to. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us if you have any questions!
The "venue" is located at the Jesse Gregg Park West Pavilion (the park is a private park that belongs to the Linwood heights HOA). There is a park entrance on Fremont Blvd, around the corner from Molly's mom and stepdad's house. When you get to the top of the park road, turn right and follow that road to the West Pavilion.
You can drive to the park entrance; There will be street parking on Fremont Blvd. Alternatively, you can take an Uber or a Lyft, or a taxi. We will have shuttles taking people from the park entrance to the top of the park at the West Pavilion where the ceremony and reception are taking place. If you want to walk up to the pavilion instead of going up in the shuttle, it's a ~25 minute walk and ~15 minutes of the walk is uphill. If you plan to walk, definitely bring comfortable shoes- you can always change into something dressier at the top! A note on Uber/Lyft in Flagstaff: they are available but there are not a large number of drivers, and this will be a busy, holiday weekend, so give yourself plenty of time to call a ride and get to the park. The ceremony starts at 4, so you will want to plan to call a ride at 3:15 at the latest. Let us know if you have any questions!
