Question

How & when do I RSVP?

Answer

You can RSVP on this very website. Just look at the top of the screen and type your name. Contact us if you're experiencing an issue. Please send us your acceptances or regrets as soon as possible.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, we would love if you wore Black-tie/Semi-Formal attire! We recommend a nice Suit or Tuxedo for the gentlemen and a long gown for the ladies. Your traditional attires are welcome as well in black. We would love your outfits to be the color black as it is the theme we are going for. Yes, even for guests!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately there is a limit on the guests we can invite and cannot accommodate a plus one for everyone. If you are a special case where we have allowed you a plus one, we have listed her/his name or "Plus One" on your RSVP profile. If you feel we left out someone important, let us know, but understand that our limitations may mean our hands are tied.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

No. Although we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate them at the venue due to restricted numbers of guests.

When should I get there?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to plan to arrive around 1:30pm! This will give you 15 minutes prior to mingle with friends and find a seat! Also remember to allow for travel time/traffic during a Friday afternoon if you do not live in Manassass/Fairfax. The ceremony will start promptly at 1:45pm.

Most importantly, when will we eat?

Answer

Cocktail hour will begin at the reception venue at 5:00pm where there will be some hors-d'oeuvres and drinks. Followed by a nice dinner.

What if I have a dietary restriction?

Answer

We are having a buffet style dinner, so hopefully everyone will be able to compile a meal that will make them happy. If you have specific concerns or allergies, please don't hesitate to email us at stephandoris2024@gmail.com and we will confer with our caterer.

What do I do if something changes and I can or can't make it after I have RSVPed?

Answer

We understand things come up. Just email us right away at stephandoris2024@gmail.com so we can make changes in time.

Who do I call in case I get lost the day of the wedding?

Answer

You can call the bride's dad at 240-495-9560 or our wedding coordinator (202-400-4884) but your best bet will be to use Google Maps on your phone.

Can I take home centerpieces, decorations, etc?

Answer

No. Some of the decorations are rented or the couple are hoping to reuse so please only leave our reception with the party favors, full belly, and memories of the evening

What do you recommend for accommodation?

Answer

We have listed a few hotels in the Travel sections. The bridal party and some family plan on staying at the Westin Reston Heights hotel the night before and the night of the wedding. Feel free to join us there if you do not want to drive a long distance after the party. Let us know if you are considering it.
