We're getting married!

Doris and James’ love story began in April 2020 during lockdown, with a simple swipe and a spark that never faded. In a time when the world felt uncertain, we found certainty in each other—spending our first few months dating over FaceTime, laughing, dreaming, and falling in love from a distance. As the world opened up, so did our adventures together. From snowboarding trips on the slopes (that included many frustrated tears) to sunny beach getaways in Savannah, from family vacations filled with love and laughter to golf trips that tested our patience (and our swings), and many memorable trips to NYC, every experience has made our bond even stronger. We've spent countless nights at the movies, tried amazing restaurants (and some not-so-great ones), and created a lifetime of memories one meal, one laugh, and one adventure at a time. But love isn’t just about the fun moments—it’s about showing up for each other. Through life’s hardest days, we’ve been each other's rock. We’ve held each other close in sadness and celebrated each other’s biggest wins, like James earning his master’s degree and new job promotions that marked exciting new chapters in our journey. And along the way, we welcomed a new member to our little family—our beloved dog, Ralphie—who has filled our home with even more love (and a little bit of chaos). Then, on October 25, 2024, we took the next big step and said "yes" to forever. Now, as we prepare to say "I do," we can’t help but feel grateful. The past five years have been nothing short of incredible, and we know the best is yet to come. We can’t wait to celebrate this next chapter with all of you!
