How far is the resort from the Cancun (CUN) airport?
Answer
Majestic elegance is about 20 miles, or 45 minutes north of the Cancun airport.

How can I arrange airport transfer to and from the resort?
Answer
Our travel agent, Bev Hartong, will arrange your transfer when you book your room.
Question
Can we reserve our room/flight from another vendor?
Answer
Yes, while we encourage you to book your hotel room through our travel agent, if you find a better deal, take it! Additionally, our travel agent has blocked off a set of rooms so you don't have to worry about getting a room during the crazy spring break time frame.

How far in advance should I book my flight/room?
Answer
Because April is around the time of spring break, we suggest you begin to research flights once you've received the save-the-date. In terms of your room, we've worked with our travel agent to block off a set number of rooms. Please reach out to her to discuss (payment plans available as well). We can't wait to celebrate with you!
Question
Can we stay at another resort and still attend the wedding?
Answer
Ninety percent of our guests must stay at the resort (for at least 3 nights). You can choose to stay elsewhere; however, we hope you stay with us so we can celebrate all events with you ( welcome dinner, excursions, etc.) Those choosing to stay elsewhere and attend the wedding (ceremony, cocktail hour, reception) will have to pay $140 per person to obtain a day pass that is good for 9am-9pm.

By what date should we book our room with the travel agent?
Answer
Since we blocked off a set number of rooms, we ask that you book with our TA before 25 December. We will have to release all unbooked rooms after that date.
Question
I see there are two sections of the resort-the family section and the “elegance” club. What’s the difference?
Answer
The family section is for all ages. Guests on this side have access to all pools except the club pool, club jacuzzi, and infinity VIP bar. Question
I’ve never been to an all-inclusive. What exactly does it entail?
Answer
All food and drinks (even alcoholic beverages) are included in your stay. Food is available 24/7, and they have multiple restaurants/options throughout the resort. While tipping the staff/butlers, etc. is not required, it is highly encouraged. They go above and beyond to make sure your vacation is everything and more.

Are there activities/entertainment at the resort?
Answer
YES! The resort offers a wide variety of entertainment during the day and into the night; DJs, games, bands, etc. They even offer water aerobics, yoga, and stretching during the day!

Does the resort provide on-site COVID testing?

Yes! The resort provides free antigen COVID-19 testing with results in 24-hours.
