What are the COVID protocols?

Answer

We are monitoring the situation. While vaccination is no longer a New York State requirement to enter The Lighthouse we strongly recommend all of our guests be fully vaccinated in order to enjoy the event without hesitation. We purposely chose a venue that is spacious and opens to the outdoors in order for everyone to feel comfortable and safe.

How do I get to the wedding?

What is the suggested attire?

Answer

The attire for our wedding is Black Tie Optional (Just Like Life). If you are wondering what that means: For Women: a long evening gown, a sophisticated cocktail dress, or dressy separates. For men, a tux isn't required but welcomed. If you do not own or wish to rent a tux, a dark suit and tie is more than acceptable. No denim or khakis. This is intended as a guideline only. More important than any dress code is our guests’ comfort. We want everyone to be happy and have fun.

Can I bring a date?

We would love to share our special day with as many people as possible, but due to venue restrictions, we are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Are children invited?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We hope you appreciate that children are only invited if named. We recognize that some of you will be traveling with children so please reach out if you need help making arrangements for childcare and we will do our best to assist. We hope this advance notice means you will still be able to share our big day!
