(Ladies, think elegant dresses; gents, suits or dress pants and dress shirt.) ✔ Arrive on Time – The ceremony starts at 4:30, so plan ahead so you can be in your seat! ✔ Respect the Photographer – We know you want to capture the memories, but please let the pros do their thing—especially during the ceremony. ✔ Bring Your Dancing Shoes – We expect the dance floor to be packed! ✔ Drink Responsibly – Have fun, but don’t be that guest. ✔ Celebrate with Us – Whether it’s raising a glass, writing in the guestbook, or tearing up the dance floor—join in the fun!

✖ Wear White (or Anything Close to It) – Unless you’re the bride, don’t even think about it. ✖ Be on Your Phone During the Ceremony – Silence it and be present. No phone photography, please! Professional photographs and videos will be available to share within a couple days. ✖ Bring Uninvited Guests – If they weren’t on the invite, they aren’t on the guest list. ✖ Give a Surprise Speech – If you’re not scheduled to toast, please don’t hijack the mic. ✖ Overindulge at the Open Bar – We love a good party, but let’s keep it classy. ✖ Leave Before Cake – Seriously, it’s worth the wait.

Where are the Wedding festivities located? - Our ceremony will be taking place (weather permitting) in the DoubleTree hotel courtyard. Cocktail hour and Reception will follow in the main ballroom. Do I get a Plus One? - While typically we agree with the more the merrier, we do ask that only those listed on invitations join for the celebration of our marriage.

Various hors d'oeuvres will be served during Cocktail hour, with the following entree selections to choose from when you RSVP. - Filet w/ Cabernet Demi Glacé: Roasted Center Cut Filet Mignon with a Cabernet Demi Glacé sauce, served medium - Chicken Calabrese: Boneless Chicken Breast, Layered with Fresh Mozzarella, Crispy Prosciutto and Basil Pesto with Roasted Tomatoes and Balsamic Glaze - Cheese Ravioli: Vegetarian Cheese Ravioli with a Rosa Creme sauce Dinner will be preceded by caesar salad and wedding soup. All entrees will be served with asparagus and roasted redskin potatoes. There will be an open bar available during Cocktail hour and throughout the Reception. The hotel bar right off the lobby will also remain open and can serve as a hangout spot for anyone who wants to keep the party going later into the night! Just keep in mind, our photographer has been tasked with keeping an eye out for any and all embarrassing moments for us to cherish for years to come 😉.
