Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, to get to the venue from the Desmond hotel you will need the ride share app Lyft and enter the discount code DORYSCUPOFJOE at payment for a greatly subsidized ride. The return will be in a yellow school bus shuttle that is taking multiple trips of you wish to go back earlier. The trips leave the venue at 8:20p, 9:20, & 10:45p.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is loads of parking available. Plus, you can leave your car overnight to be picked up anytime the next day if you choose!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Whatever makes you feel festive for the occasion. Please keep in mind the ceremony and happy hour (3+ hours) will be mostly on grass. Plus majority of the day will be spent outdoors. If you want to be told what to wear, wear business casual.😁

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive with ample time to settle in and find where to go. We suggest 1:15p, no later than 1:25p.

Buffet style - Roasted Lime Chicken, Cauliflower Steaks, Gouda Mac & Cheese, Cornbread Casserole, Roasted Veggies, Roasted Potatoes, garden salad, and a bonus late night pizza for those still goin’!

Although we love your little ones, this is an adult only affair. We respectfully request no children under 18 at the wedding.

Due to our budget restrictions we cannot allow extra guests at this time, but we will be sure to seat you with people you know and love!
