Question

When Do We Need To RSVP By?

Answer

RSVPs closed June 1st. If your plans have changed please alert us by changing your RSVP or by contacting us directly as soon as possible so we can make arrangements.

Can I Bring A Guest/Date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding and please feel free to reach out with any questions!

Are Children Permitted To Attend?

Answer

Because this is an Adults Only event, no children are allowed to attend, regardless of age. We encourage you to use this evening as a "night out" for yourselves.

Will The Wedding Be Indoors or Outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors on a grassy knoll beneath large oak trees. Our cocktail hour will be in a hybrid indoor/outdoor space on a covered patio. And the reception will be held indoors.

What Is The Dress Code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best cocktail attire. Summer-time colors are encouraged. Please no jeans/denim & avoid shades of white.

Can I Take Pictures During The Ceremony?

Answer

Please refrain from taking pictures during the ceremony. You will be asked to silence and put away all phones for the duration of the ceremony. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best pictures which we will share with you! Once the ceremony is over feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like!

What Time Should I Arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5pm. Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time for parking and finding your seat.

Where Do I Park?

Answer

Our venue has free on-site parking and venue attendants will be there to direct you where to park. Parking is located a short walk from the ceremony site. If you need transportation assistance from your car to the ceremony seating, please let us know personally by August 1st so we can make arrangements for you.

Will There Be An Open Bar?

Answer

Yes! The drinks are on us but the hangover is on you - get ready to party! We will have wine, beer, and seltzers as well as non-alcoholic options of water and tea. Due to the remote location of the wedding, please make sure you pre-plan a way to get home safely!

Where Should I Stay?

Answer

If you are looking for a scenic stay closer to the venue; there are several cabins, cottages, and homes for rent around Pilot Mountain in Pinnacle, NC and Mount Airy, NC. Please check vrbo.com, bluepillow.com, and airbnb.com for locations and availability. If you are looking for more affordable option, we recommend booking a hotel in Mt. Airy, NC or Winston-Salem, NC.
