You'll see another bridge and West Manor Estate in front of you
Turn left to continue on Elkton Farm
4th house on the left (not including the two under construction)
You will not see the house from the road! The driveway has a sharp incline. You'll see a green, oval 'Private Residence' sign on a large tree on the left. Head on up the driveway and you'll see one of the coordinators!
