Is the ceremony or reception outside?

Answer

Yes, dress accordingly. The ceremony is outside, but the reception is inside. In case of bad weather, everything will be indoors.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony/reception?

Answer

While there is not a shuttle between the hotel and venue, Uber and Lyft are available. Guests are encouraged to leave their car at the venue if needed.
