When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by September 1, 2026 so we can get a final headcount to the property.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Windsor is about 30-45 minutes from Concord, NH where many hotels are located; however, a hotel is not needed as this wedding includes cabins for all family and friends to stay at with the Bride and Groom ALL weekend!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please let the Bride or Groom know of any food allergies ASAP so they can inform the caters promptly! All food will already be fully nut free.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes! The events is the whole weekend! Windsor Mountain International Summer Camp is a whole wedding weekend focused around enjoying fun in the sun, with family and friends; and the Bride and Groom's favorite - CAMPING!
