Flight

O'Hare International Airport

Chicago has two main airports - O'Hare is the easiest to reach if you're renting a car or Uber-ing to Evanston! (30-45 min drive). O'Hare is also about an hour and a half from Evanston via public transit.

Flight

Midway International Airport

Midway is a 1-1.5 hour drive from Evanston, and about an hour and a half via public transit. You'll end up here if you fly Southwest :)

We recommend the Holiday Inn Chicago - North Evanston as our first-choice hotel! We do not have blocks reserved, so please make your reservations as soon as possible! The Homestead Inn in Evanston is also a great choice! To reserve a room, we recommend following the link to Booking.com. Getting around Evanston & Chicago

It's very easy to enjoy a car-free weekend in Evanston & Chicago in the summer! The ceremony location is a two-minute walk from the Main St. stop on the CTA Purple Line, easily accessible from other Red or Purple line stops. CTA Ventra cards can be purchased at any train stop, and you can pre-load with 1-3 day passes to make the most of your time in Chicago! Uber & Lyft are also great options for a quicker trip.
