What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be indoors. It will the end of spring so please make sure you are hydrated and ready to party!

Where is the ceremony located?

Answer

The ceremony will be at Redeeming Love Missionary Baptist Church- 3425 Rock Quarry Rd, Raleigh, NC 27610.

Where is the reception located?

Answer

The reception will be immediately after the ceremony at: 3511 Maitland Dr. Raleigh, NC 27610.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 4pm. We recommend that you arrive forty five minutes to an hour before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is seated on time.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the wedding party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight to the reception hall, where we will be serving finger foods and beverages during a cocktail hour.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

Both the ceremony location and reception location have large parking lots where guests can park for free. We do recommend guests to carpool from the ceremony to the reception if able.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Kids above the age of 3 years old are welcome.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

To stay within our guest list, each household is able to bring a plus ONE. This excludes children.

Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes, both the ceremony and reception locations are wheelchair accessible.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

We do have hotel room blocks for guests. Please refer to the "Travel" tab for details on how to secure your room.

Will there be food and drinks during cocktail hour?

Answer

After the wedding ceremony, we will be serving light hors d’oeuvres accompanied by an open bar. We invite you to toast to our nuptials with a curated selection of wine, beer and our signature cocktail.
