When should I RSVP by?

We ask that you please RSVP by November 5, 2026 at the very latest! **This is also the last day to book your hotel in the room block!**

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

6pm! The ceremony will start promptly at 6:30pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our wedding will be cocktail attire, meaning dressy and elegant. Cocktail attire includes suits, dressy separates, jumpsuits, or knee-length or midi dresses. For a December evening in Ohio, we encourage outfits that feel polished and seasonally appropriate. Kindly avoid jeans and overly casual wear. We respectfully ask guests to avoid wearing white or ivory.

While we love all of the little ones, this will be an adults only wedding.

Can I bring a date?

We would love to, but due to capacity limitations at our venue, we are only able to accommodate the guests specifically named on the invitation.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

We specifically picked Hotel Covington so everything is in the same spot!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Self parking in the adjacent garage is $12 per night (max). Overnight valet parking is $30 per night with in and out privileges. Short-term valet is $12.
