Question
Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
NO PARKING AT CEREMONY. There is a parking lot about a 10-15 minute walk away from the venue (54201 Ridgeview Dr, Idyllwild CA, 92549) with shuttles that will take you to and from the venue. The last shuttle back will be around 10pm.

Where is the shuttle to the venue?
Answer
54201 Ridgeview Dr, Idyllwild CA, 92549. It it walkable from the center of town PRIOR to the wedding (wear comfortable shoes). It is highly encouraged that everyone takes the shuttle from the venue to the parking lot at the end of the night. Shuttles will start at 3pm and the last shuttle back will be 10pm

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

The caterer will include vegetarian options but please let us know if anything additional is needed and we're happy to accomodate

Can I take photos and video during the ceremony?
Answer
No, we have a professional camera team that is handling all of the photos. We ask all guests to put their phones / cameras away and live in the moment tech free!

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Formal to Semi-Formal attire preferred, but wear what makes you comfortable! Fun colors and personal style is welcome!

What will the venue look like?
Answer
Harvey House is a boutique inn with both indoor and outdoor spaces. The ceremony & dinner will be fully outdoors with the reception both indoors and outside. It may get chilly at night so please dress accordingly

We love all children, but our flower girl will be the only child in attendance at the wedding. Please message us with any concerns
