SHUTTLE TIMES: What time does the Shuttle depart for the wedding ceremony?

Answer

From Charlotte-South End (Holiday Inn Express): 4:00pm From Davidson (Homewood Suites): 4:30pm Shuttles will return back to the hotel blocks at 11:00pm at the conclusion of the reception.

Where will the ceremony & reception be taking place?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at River Run Country Club in Davidson, NC.

Question

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outdoors. Cocktail hour will be both indoors and outdoors, and the reception will be indoors.

Are there hotel block options?

Answer

We have two hotel blocks in either the South End of Charlotte, or in Davidson nearer the venue. Please refer to the Travel section for more details and links for booking.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

There will be a shuttle provided from both hotel blocks (South End Charlotte & Davidson) to and from the wedding.

Are there Uber/Lyft/Taxi options near the venue?

Answer

While not as many drivers as in Charlotte, Uber & Lyft are typically available in Davidson. You can always schedule a ride in advance if needed!

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Parking is available at River Run Country Club, and cars can be left overnight and picked up in the morning if needed.

Is there a dress code for the wedding?

Answer

The dress code for this event is cocktail attire. A suit and tie for men, and cocktail dresses for women.

Can I bring my children to the wedding?

Answer

Although we love your children, we politely request this be an adult-only celebration.

Where is the Welcome Event on Friday night?

Answer

Join us for some drinks and small bites at Hi-Wire Brewing in the South End of Charlotte. The event will be from 7-9p and is about a 10-minute walk from the Holiday Inn Express hotel block option in Charlotte. In addition to their own beers, there will also be wine, cocktails and seltzers available.
