Dress code?
Answer
We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! The official dress code for all events is semi formal. If you have any questions, please feel welcome to reach out!

What time should I arrive?
Answer
Please arrive no later than 3:45pm as the ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm. Doors will be closed, and late arrivals will not be allowed to enter.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation (which will be sent out around February). If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding.

Are kids invited?
Answer
We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of our flower girls and ring bearer. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

Venue Locations

Our wedding ceremony will be in Safety Harbor and our reception will be in Odessa (20-minute drive).
Question
Will there be transportation between the ceremony and reception?
Answer
We will not be providing transportation between venues, so please plan accordingly. Both locations have ample parking if you choose to drive, and rideshare options are also available.

Where do I park?
Answer
Harborside Chapel will have a pavement parking lot. The Barn will have a parking lot that is to the left when you pull in with a shell walkway. Uber/Lyft is available in both locations.

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony and reception will be indoors. Cocktail hour will be outdoors in the garden.

Should I bring a card?
Answer
Yes, please! We would love for each guest to bring a card, as we plan to create a card book as a keepsake from our special day.

Can I take pictures?
Answer
We are having an unplugged ceremony. The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say, "I do". After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos as you want.

Are you registered anywhere?
Answer
Your presence on our special day is the greatest gift we could ask for. If you would like to bless us with a gift, we kindly ask that you consider contributing to our honeymoon fund or our future home down payment fund. You can find the links to both on our registry page.

Are you having a welcome party?
Answer
While we would love to host a welcome party, we will be having an intimate rehearsal dinner for immediate family and the wedding party only. After the private dinner, please feel welcome to meet us out for a mini celebration.

What time will the reception end?

Reception will end at 10:00pm.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

While we’ll miss you, please RSVP as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.
