We hope you will join us at our home for an intimate celebration with our closest friends and family. The winter solstice, which occurs on December 21, marks the shortest day and longest night of the year. Just as the solstice marks the end of darkness and the beginning of longer days, a wedding symbolizes the end of single life and the start of a new chapter as a married couple. It is a time of hope and optimism, much like the promise of brighter days ahead after the solstice. The ceremony will take place in our backyard, so please dress warm and comfy. We will begin welcoming guests at 3p. Please arrive by 4p. 3p - Welcome Pre-Ceremony Social 4p - Ceremony 5p - Reception Dinner 6p - Hay Rides to Blackhawk Bluff Christmas Light Display 7p - After Party We'll have live music, beer and wine (feel free to bring your favorite drink), and a campfire to celebrate love and luck on the longest night of the year. We can't wait to see you! Please RSVP by December 1, 2024.
