Our ceremony will take place at the Overlook at Coopers Rock, with our reception following at Shelter 1, the pavilion closest by. Since the Overlook is open to the public, you may notice other visitors in the area—they're welcome to stay, though they'll be kindly informed that a ceremony is taking place. Once we've said our vows, we'll all move to Shelter 1 to celebrate together!
Our ceremony begins at 4pm and will last approximately 10-20 minutes. Following the exchange of vows, the newlyweds will gather with family for photos at the Overlook. The reception will commence around 6pm and continue until 10pm.
Yes, there will be parking available. Since Coopers Rock is open to the public and it’s a holiday you may have to park a little farther and walk to the ceremony and reception.
The ceremony will start at 4pm. Please arrive 15 minutes before the ceremony to get settled.
No, there will be no chairs provided. Since it is at a public venue feel free to stand or BYOC (Bring Your Own Chair)!
Our ceremony will move to Shelter 1 and it’ll take place in front of the fireplace.

There are two dress codes. 1. Dress to Impress! (Formal/Semi-Formal) The wedding party and family will be dressed up for the event. 2. Comfortably Nice! The event will be taking place outside, with uneven planes, and hiking available for before or after the wedding. With that being said you can dress accordingly to those conditions if you would prefer not to dress up.
