What activities does Camp Cody have to offer those staying on-site?

Answer

There are tennis and basketball courts, and ping pong tables. There will be kayak and stand up paddle boards available to use Saturday morning to afternoon before the wedding. Archery will be available for those interested on Saturday morning for 1 hour.

Do we need to bring firewood camping?

Answer

Nope! Camp Cody is amazing and provides us with firewood for a large community fire, which they will start for us each night.

Can we bring our own food in?

Answer

Pre-packaged food, fruits, and vegetables are all approved, along with food made in other establishments. Our contract does not allow guests to cook food on site due to their legality agreements with catering. Reminder, dinner and brunch are provided through the weekend.

Can we bring peanut products in?

Answer

No! Camp Cody is a peanut-free facility due to its dedication to keeping its campers free of allergens. Please respect their rules with this and avoid bringing in peanut snacks.

Do all the cabins have bathrooms and showers?

Answer

Yes! All have multiple showers and bathrooms attached.

Is it handicapped accessible?

Answer

Yes! Please e-mail the father of the bride, Steve Kent, at kent.intech@gmail.com. I can accommodate those who need to be closest to the center of camp if staying, and we can arrange golf cart pickups for those who need.

Can I bring alcohol?

Answer

Yes! Beer and wine will be provided for Friday and Saturday meals. Their liquor license does not permit us to serve hard alcohol. You are welcome to bring your own drink selection you would like to enjoy for other times over the weekend.

Do I need a cooler?

Only if you want cold items at your cabin! There will be an empty walk-in refrigerator we have access to as well.

What time is check in at cabins?

Guests are able to check-in after 4pm on Friday, August 28.

What time is check-out on Sunday?

Answer

Guests must all be checked out of the cabins by 12pm Sunday.

Do I have to be responsible for my own children?

Answer

YES. We are so happy to include our family, friends, and their immediate children. We would like to remind you that parents must accompany small children in the water. We ask for your help in ensuring your children are acting safely, as there are no real camp counselors.

How much is camping?

Answer

$75 PER PERSON, PER NIGHT. We understand this can add up for families, but we would like to remind you that meals will be provided for those camping through the weekend.
