We met in June 2018 during a work trip to Dallas, TX. We were both working at New York Life, and after a long day brainstorming how to improve the organization, we met for drinks in the lobby bar and decided to venture into the Wild West of Downtown Dallas. After a night in Deep Ellum with a group of bikers and a Pomeranian, we became fast friends. Back home in NYC we'd see each other around the office and at work happy hours, and over the next year our friendship grew; we started talking more frequently and getting together on our own (#Wednesdaypeople)... and one day in summer 2019 it became clear this was more than just friends.
