Just a casual gathering to kick off the wedding weekend! Hardywood is a lovely brewery with lots of outdoor space to enjoy. We have the upstairs event space reserved, and small bites will be provided. Feel free to stop by for a drink and a visit before the big day!

Shuttle Pick Up
3:30 pm

There will be 2 shuttles picking up at Hyatt House at 3:30pm. Please plan on taking the shuttle whether you are staying at this hotel, a different hotel, or even if you live in Richmond! The road to The Mill is dark and windy and we do not want to be stressing over any of our loved ones driving back. There will be a shuttle offering an early ride back to Hyatt House at 9:30pm, and then the main departure time will be 11:00pm.
Wedding Ceremony & Reception
4:30 pm - 11:00 pm

Cocktail attire is recommended. The ceremony will be held outdoors and the reception is indoors. Dinner will be buffet, but please let us know any allergies/dietary restrictions so we can provide accurate signage!
