Way way way back in January 2014, Donna's friend Erin asked her dad if he knew of a nice guy for Donna. Ray (her dad) said yes, he had a friend that was a great guy - Vince. Donna did some snooping about Vince. Vince had Cathy, his "work wife", do some snooping about Donna. Phone numbers were exchanged and after a few phone calls, they decided to meet in person. At that first meeting on a Sunday afternoon at Goodfellow's, Donna was mesmerized by Vince's eyes, and impressed by how close he was to his parents and lifelong friends. Vince thought Donna had a beautiful smile, and he saw that conversation between them was very easy and felt very comfortable. This was soon followed by many more dates and so many more memories. In time, they met each other's kids, the kids met each other, they met the parents, they met each others family/friends, they supported each other's career paths. His friends loved her, and her friends loved him. Vince and Donna were enjoying being together and sharing the life of a cozy couple. Fast forward to summer 2019 (ok, maybe it wasnt exactly "fast") Vince and Donna moved out of Shamong and Absecon, respectively, and merged under one roof in Galloway. Covid happened shortly after and the whole gang was together. They were in one house, for days/weeks on end and thankfully, and maybe surprizingly, that much togetherness was super easy for them. An engagement followed in November 2020. They figured they'd get to wedding planning eventually. It just took a while for eventually to get here. They knew they'd each found their forever person so what was the rush, they thought. Now, we're here many many years later, and Vince and Donna are finally going to do the thing! The BIG DAY will be here! It won't be complete without you. You have been a part of this story in some way or another. You are already a part of their memories, and they want you to be part of this special day. A day that has been a long, long, long time in the making and in their opinion, completely worth waiting for!
