While we love kids, we will be keeping this an adult only event. Also, we don't think they'd enjoy the wine as much as the adults will :)

Yes, there is parking at RGNY if you are driving!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Feel free to start arriving by 4:15/4:30 pm. If you are too early, they may direct you to the Rose Garden or RGNY tasting room.

Question

What time do the shuttles start to leave for the ceremony?

Answer

4:00 pm (ET) from the shared parking lot of the Hilton Garden Inn and Residence Inn by Marriott. They will be making continuous trips back and forth all night.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Of course! Please let your waiter know your food restrictions when they take your dinner order.

What should I expect with traveling on Long Island?

Answer

Long Island is unfortunately known for its traffic. Lots of people are traveling out east especially in the summer time! Make sure to provide yourself more than enough time to get to the location.

Is there an easier way for me to get to Long Island?

Answer

Short Answer: No. BUT, there is a more relaxing way that will break your trip up for you. If you are coming from the northeast (Maine, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island) please check out the Bridgeport/Port Jefferson Ferry, & the New London/Orient Point Ferry.
