Question

How many people will be attending?

Answer

240 Guests. We feel that it is important to communicate the size of our wedding due to the current situation we are in. If you do not feel comfortable attending, we completely understand. No hard feelings. Your safety is always a top priority. As a precaution, social distancing will be strongly encouraged for those who have not been vaccinated. Please be mindful of your distance of 6-feet apart.

Question

Are masks required? Will they be provided?

Answer

Face masks and temperature checks are required upon arrival. Once settled in the venue, you may remove your mask IF you have been vaccinated. We will hold everyone accountable through the honor system. We kindly ask our guests that have not been vaccinated to wear a mask for the duration of our wedding celebration. We will provide masks—if you need one and there will be sanitizing stations set up onsite of the Main Lawn and reception area. This request is very important to us since we care about your health and safety. Thanks for your understanding.

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

All events will take place outdoors at the same location. The weather in Malibu will be warm around this time of year. Guests may need to bring sunscreen or change into a different pair of shoes. Guests may need a light jacket for the evening.

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your kids! But in order to allow all guests, including parents, an evening of relaxation we have chosen for our wedding day to be an adult-only occasion--with the exception of a few close family children. We hope this advance notice means you are still able to share our big day and will enjoy having the evening off! So book a sitter and start practicing your dance moves!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Question

What should I wear? What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses, and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or a sports coat. Long dresses, Barongs, and Filipinianas are also welcomed. We want you to feel comfortable since our wedding is during the summer. You may want to bring a light jacket for the evening time, just in case it gets chilly.

Question

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the wedding entourage will be taking pictures nearby for about an hour. Guests can head straight to cocktail hour & reception where we will be serving small appetizers and beverages.

Question

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

As soon as you pull up to the venue, a valet service will park your car. Parking is free for our guests.
